Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If returning/exchanging an item that isn't faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Print on demand items.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
First, get in contact with our team to let us know you need to make a return. This can be done over email.
Then, securely pack the item with your original order number and send it to us at the following address:

We recommend returning your order using a tracked service. We are not liable for your order while it is in transit back to us.
By post - If you would like to exchange your item, you can contact us via the above email address to let us know which item you would like as a replacement. Once you have sent your original item back to us and we have received it, we will post your replacement to you.
In person – If you wish to exchange your item in person, please bring in your item with your proof of purchase and speak to a colleague who can exchange the item for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
