Is everything you sell available online?
Yes, however for events such as Welcome and Graduation we may have exclusive items only available at these events.
Keep an eye on our website and social media @hallamsu for the latest information on our pop-up shops.
I need help with placing an order

Do I need to sign up to place an order?
You'll need to create an account to buy from our online shop. Sign in and subscribe to our mailing list to receive special offers and discounts.
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you'd like to amend or cancel your order and haven't received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, it may be possible to make a change or cancellation. Please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@hallamstudentsunion.com.
If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to amend or cancel your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, you cannot collect your online order in person. Our online shop items are available via delivery only.
Can I get student discount?
We don't offer student discounts for Hallam merch. We do our best to keep prices affordable.
