1. Nominate one member of your team to submit the team's order.

2. Save a copy of the order form and rename as 'YOUR TEAM Varsity 2026 Order'.

3. Enter the details of all team members who want to order personalised merch, ensuring all fields are completed.

Please note: If you leave a blank space, that information will not be printed.

4. Double check all spelling - merch will be printed with exactly what's entered on the form.

5. The form will automatically calculate the total cost of your order.

6. Once complete, email your order form to shop@hallamstudentsunion.com by Monday 9 February, 12pm.

7. Any names deemed potentially inappropriate will be referred to the Wellbeing, Sport and Physical Activity Officer for approval.

Please note, no refunds can be made on personalised merch.

Nominate one member of your team to pay for the order in full at Hallam SU - Owen between 11-16 February.

Any items not paid for by Monday 16 February, 5pm will be removed from the order and will not be processed.

Orders will be available for collection from w/c 6 March.

The contact who placed the order will be notified when collection is available.

Only one collection per team by nominated team member.
